A processing fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your return. Return postage must be paid by the customer.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Best Nest Wellness 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Gift cards and free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, you will need to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-860-0602 for instructions. We will not accept returns that have been refused receipt and sent back via the carrier without an RMA number.

We send out emails to remind you when your shipment is getting ready to be sent out and the address it is going to. If you cancel after the product has been shipped or if you did not update your address, please send an email request to email@example.com or call us at 800-860-0602 for an RMA number.
