Our Return Policy
Refund:
At Best Nest Wellness, we stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Best Nest Wellness product you purchased from bestnestwellness.com, you may request a refund or replacement product within 30 days from date of purchase. A processing fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your return. Return postage must be paid by the customer.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Best Nest Wellness 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Gift cards and free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.
Just Reach Out:
To initiate a return, you will need to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. Please email us at hello@bestnestwellness.com or call 800-860-0602 for instructions. We will not accept returns that have been refused receipt and sent back via the carrier without an RMA number.
Subscribe & Save:
We send out emails to remind you when your shipment is getting ready to be sent out and the address it is going to. If you cancel after the product has been shipped or if you did not update your address, please send an email request to hello@bestnestwellness.com or call us at 800-860-0602 for an RMA number. A processing fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your return. Return postage must be paid by the customer.
Package Protection
Best Nest Wellness is proud to partner with Route+, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
