I have a six month old baby and am breastfeeding. I have been feeling tired and depleted, so wanted to try adding on a new iron supplement. I already take either a pre or post-natal vitamin every day. I have used the Mama Bird products before and been impressed. I decided to give the post-natal recovery a try for the extra vitamins, in particular the iron and B12 and also the vitamin C needed for iron absorption. I take later in the day than my multi-vitamin because I want to make sure nothing in the multi blocks the iron absorption. I think it has been working. I have been feeling more energized and even sleeping better. I love that it is only one tiny pill. I haven't had any stomach upset from the iron. Love the Mama Bird is third party certified and made in the USA. I plan to keep taking.

The Mama Bird Recovery supplements had me feeling great after a few days of taking them, I started to feel a bit more energized and motivated. I also appreciate the iron in these as they do not upset my baby’s tummy like other supplements. They are also vegan which is a plus for my daughter’s allergies!

I have been taking this supplement alongside the lactation supplement with great results! I have been much less stressed while taking these because my milk supply has increased and is consistent. One recommendation I do have, do not take this if you are taking a prenatal or replace your prenatal with this. I stopped my prenatal because I had started feeling sick, once I stopped I felt better.
