These Terms of Use were updated June 1, 2020

Subscription Services. Best Nest Wellness offers a subscription service where the Products you choose will be mailed monthly to you. By subscribing to our subscription service, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly period at the then-current subscription rate. To cancel your Monthly Billable Subscription at any time, you must login to your account and follow the cancellation procedures or call or email us and we will do it for you. Best Nest Wellness may submit monthly charges without further authorization from you until you provide notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Best Nest Wellness reasonably could act on any such notice, which is typically fifteen business days but may be more depending on the circumstances around your cancellation (i.e. cancellations between Christmas and New Year’s may take longer to process). You agree and acknowledge that Best Nest Wellness will bill your credit card on file prior to the monthly subscription of Best Nest Wellness’s products being sent to you. Should your billing method fail at any time, your monthly subscription will be suspended until your billing information is updated. 

Declined Credit Card. Should any charge to your credit card be declined, you will be contacted to update your credit card information. No additional monthly subscriptions products will be shipped until your credit card information is updated and your new credit card charge is approved.

Gift Subscriptions. You may place a subscription order on behalf of another person . Gift subscriptions are subject to the same terms except that they will be sent addressed to the person you request we send them to. They are subject to the same terms regarding terminating the subscription.

COVID-19. Due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed for all subscription services. Best Nest Wellness uses best efforts to have your products shipped to you on a timely basis, you agree and acknowledge that the time your product spends in transit from Best Nest Wellness’s facility to you is out of the control of Best Nest Wellness.
