I have been struggling to find a prenatal vitamin that doesn't upset my stomach or taste terrible and these are definitely a winner for me! I usually take prenatal vitamins with food and some prenatal vitamins make me feel nauseous but not Mama Bird. At first glance I was a little concerned with the size of the pill but it's actually very easy to swallow and easy on my stomach. I LOVE THEM. From about day 7 I could tell a difference in my mental clarity and overall energy. I have had more energy now and it's nice not being constantly tired from just walking around my own house! The ingredients are phenomenal in these as well, and especially that they have choline. That’s hard to find in a lot of prenatal vitamins. I like that this are all-natural, include some herbs but not an excessive amount, include probiotics, and do not contain preservatives, artificial colors/flavors, or some common allergens. I highly recommend this product and think it’s worth trying out whether you’re a first time mom or experienced mom!

I love these! They honestly look large but they’re so easy to swallow which is a huge plus for me. They don’t disintegrate in your mouth so it doesn’t leave a nasty aftertaste, and overall I feel amazing a few days after taking these! Overall id definitely recommend trying these!
