An excellent multivitamin
My kids loves these better than the liquid multivitamin. Because my kids love almost anything gummy and taste good. Their focus development is pretty much gotten better and their behavior in school are the same. During the time of my children taking these my son is going to be ana more advanced kindergarten class. They think it's a form of a snack but that's only because they love sweets. I give them one before school with fruit and water or before bed after dinner and they look forward to it every time.
The gummies tastes great. The kids and I both agreed on it. However, the texture is a little too hard to our liking, but overall the vitamins are great. My 9 year old haven’t been sick since taken them so that’s a plus
These have a nice chewy texture. The taste is a bit off has kind of a weird after taste. It is hard to get my kid to take these without hiding them in something, he is picky and its hard for him to take any chewy so maybe more of a texture thing. It also has a lot of sugar added to them. I
Citrus Lemon Taste
These Vitamin D gummies are okay if you like gummy bear texture and lemony taste. It has a mild to moderate citrus taste that is not pungent. The lemon flavor gives it a weird after-taste , so I drink juice or eat a meal afterwards. It definitely has improved my vitamin D levels which were low. The size is just- right and the texture is firm and not soft.
