I take Vitamin D supplements daily so I was on board to try a different dosage form, as I usually take a softgel. This was insanely easy to use and helps avoid having to swallow another pill with all of the other supplements some people take. You literally need a single drop! You can do it in directly into your mouth, but I would add to a beverage (water, coffee, anything). It was flavorless and I wouldn’t have any clue there was anything extra in my drink if I didn’t put it in there myself. I think this is a great value because of the concentration and amount you have to use to get the correct dose. I also love how clean this product is of extra ingredients, and it is also local so I support that, as well! I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

These are a great Vitamin D drops for the whole family. Since my blood work came back as deficiency in vitamin D, I have seen an improvement as a result of these drops. The best thing is I add them to my water and I can't taste them!
