I like knowing I am receiving the right amount of Vitamin D when I use this with my multi-vitamin. Especially now.
No flavor = no problems
You only need a small dropper to get your daily dose. It had no flavor, for me that was very good. I'm not a big fan of liquid supplements but if you're someone who doesn't like a pill form of your supplement. I'd say try this.

I liked the product overall. It helps with getting my Vitamin D dosage for breastfeeding (3 drops vs other products where I need 6 drops). Since the product doesn't have anything "bad", I think that's why the taste is off putting. This product seems to not work well for my husband though, his stomach doesn't feel well.
